I did not receive my report after I completed the questionnaire.
Please see if our email ended up in your spam folder. If your report isn’t there please contact us and we will email it to you.
I did not receive the email with my iEQ9 questionnaire link. What do I do?
Please check your spam folder and if it isn’t there contact us and we will email you the link as soon as we can.
I am having issues with PayPal and can’t make payment. Please help!
You don’t need a PayPal account to buy your report. Simply click on “pay with credit card” to make your secure transaction.
When I click on my link it says “questionnaire completed”.
Have you done the iEQ9 questionnaire before? Contact us and we will send you a copy of your previous report or a new questionnaire link if needed.
My questionnaire link says it has expired although I have not completed my questionnaire yet.
This questionnaire link’s time limit has lapsed. Simply close your internet browser and click on the link again to continue.

I bought a standard report but now I want to get the more detailed professional report. Can I upgrade?
Yes you can. You don’t need to do the questionnaire again. Simply follow the process to upgrade your report.
My report does not resonate with me, I think they may be wrong.
No person can ever be 100% of what an assessment says they are.  You are much more than the document.  Rather than “boxing” a person, The Enneagram gives us clues on how to “unbox”  ourselves from habitual reactions to the complex challenges in life. If you do not resonate with your reports let us know and our expert team will review your results.
